Underseas Scuba Center co-owner Sandy Hootman also owns a few classic certification cards. The one in the back is her first Open Water Instructor card, from 1979. In the foreground are the front and back of the PADI “International” Open Water Diver qualification Bruce issued her in July of 1977.
